Talent联合致趣百川提出了内容营销成熟度模型,对内容营销表现进行客观评估,改进各个领先指标,从而填补内容营销战略上的空白。每个公司的内容营销策略有所不同,但无论企业的规模、行业、内部架构如何,在逐步走向成熟的过程中,需要经历的各个阶段是类似的。
内容营销成熟度分为四个阶段:
阶段1:没有任何内容 → 进阶:搭建内容团队
阶段2:拥有集中化的内容团队→ 进阶:制定内容计划与策略
阶段3:集中化的内容运营 → 进阶:数据驱动决策,映射客户旅程
阶段4:以业绩为导向的内容运营 → 进阶:内容效果优化,内容货币化
