美国内容营销协会推出的《2019年北美B2C内容营销行业基准、预算及趋向》,对中国B2C营销有较强借鉴意义,但中国市场的特殊性不容忽视,致趣百川立足中国B2C市场,解读中国B2C内容营销的故事:
81%B2C营销人员认关注于建立用户忠诚度的内容。将客户引向内容的同时,培养客户的忠诚度,让他们有理由始终回顾内容,才是取得长期成功的关键。
社交媒体重要性增加。与一年前相比,69%的受访者表示在内容营销中增加了社交媒体的使用。只有5%的受访者表示减少了社交媒体的使用。同时,社交媒体是B2C营销人员用于传播内容的付费方式中的首选方法。
从贡献度的角度,贡献越多,越能从高层获得支持,其中最少贡献者为16%,其中最多贡献者为40%。
所有受访者中,71%都会使用教育内容培养用户,是关注最多的点,其中65%成功使用内容营销教育了用户。
